Property informs all Guests that the differentiation of rubish and disposable of it is their responsibility, during their stay.
Collection of rubish at San Vito lo Capo , takes place every day, time frame and all neccessary information including the address of where the rubish is being deposited , will be available to Guests on arrival from the Property.
Guests are kindly invited not to leave rubish inside the appartment as it will be ocurring a loss of the damage deposit (100 EUR), applied by the Property in order to cover the costs of any eventual damage and /or the case of abandonment of rubish .The house consists of 2 bookable solutions: an apartment with terrace and a bedroom with private bathroom. Only the first floor apartment has a kitchen and terrace.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Great position to reach the city center and the beach that is amazing. The landlady was very nice with us. The room is a bit small but you have everything you need to sleep comfy and enjoy your stay. Considering the prices in San Vito Lo Capo, that's a great solution to have everything you need for a quiet stay. Highly recommended!
