Jelena “A perfect home for families or friends to spend some time in San Teodoro”

The bungalow home was perfect for us three friends traveling to San Teodoro for 5 nights in June/ July 2025. The location is a perfect 10 min walk from the center of town, very close to all the amenities but set apart enough to be quiet and relaxing. There are supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and a bakery in walking distance. The house was comfortable, clean, had everything we needed in it (2 large bedrooms and a sofa bed, as well as two bathrooms. There was a cozy seating area outside the house with a barbeque (we didn't use it). The hosts were kind, very responsive to our questions both in the run up to the booking and during our time there (I am especially grateful for the beach recommendations) and I would definitely recommend staying at Villa Cerdino. In fact, I am already thinking about dates for next year. Grazie!

Location of the house is excellent, far from the main street and there is no noise from the traffic . It is 15 minutes walk from the town center and big market Eurospin. Well equiped and has everything that is needed for a long stay holiday ( only coffe machine was missing compared to official pictures on booking). We stayed in the house 13 nights in July and there was enough space for 5 of us.
