Beautiful, spacious, well equipped villa with private terrace and garden. Located on a peninsula with outstanding view and with access to two private rocky beaches in two little bays.

The view was wonderful with the islands of Tavolara and Molara in the distance. The sea about 200 meters away. The house was easily accessible and ample car parking less than 1 minute walk away. The house consists of 2 levels with the living room, kitchen, double bedroom, bathroom / toilet, and fairly large terrace located at garden level. In the basement are two more bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 4 single beds separated by a storage wall, 1 bedroom with a double bed, bathroom / toilet and laundry room with washing machine. Access to the double bedroom is via one entrance or one can enter through the outside. There is a staircase from the garden. There is also an indoor garage, but it is not accessible. Probably only for use by the owners. Everything was spotless. From the terrace one can walk into the garden and from there there is a path to a small beach, Spiaggia di Cala Paradiso, 3 minutes walk, with coarse pebbles. The seabed is quite full of rocks in many places, but for snorkeling or relaxing on a float it is perfect. Nearby there is a supermarket, at a campground, for basic necessities. 3 minutes by car. There are several great beaches in the area, but beware, paid parking in most places and there are also beaches where there is an entrance fee to get on the beach. Reservations are recommended in high season. For example, cala Brandinchi and Spiaggia di Lu Impostu. Because of the reservation system, it is just not too crowded. Our favorite beach was Spiaggia di Capo Coda Cavallo. Parking not too expensive and access to the beach is free. Finally, the host Maurizio is very friendly and responds quickly to messages.
