The staff were excellent We went to San Sebastian to see Bruce Springsteen and they had videos of him on the foyer tv We had a neck scarf and a small poster left on our bed. We were made to feel very welcome

The hotel is on the outskirts of town with approximately 25 minute walk to the old town which was fine for us there is also a regular bus service. Underground parking is available. We didn't eat in the hotel, there are shops locally where you can get breakfast. Everything was clean, there is a small roof terrace where you can sit out and relax. We loved San Sebastian and would happily recommend this hotel.

Great location helpful staff good size room very clean secure parking ( if you are driving get your vehicle registered for the emissions zone!)
