Central location, easy to explore the city. Very friendly and helpful staff - they helped us contact Iberia to solve luggage delay issues. Clean and comfortable room, very easy check-in - we provided the documents required via WhatsApp, and the hotel sent us the access codes. Perfect for late arrivals.

Great location: Very easy and accessible on foot from Bus/Train station. Also easy access to the old town. Coffee/tea (machine) & muffins are available 24/7.

The room and the hotel overall were super clean, the staff was friendly, polite, and helpful, the location was excellent- only a 5min walk from the Zurriola beach. Coffee was a nice bonus!
