Everything! It’s so clean and well looked after. The building even comes with a lift! It’s located at the heart of the old town but the windows are soundproof which is perfect!

The facilities were excellent. The bathrooms are shared but there are plenty and they're kept very clean. The location is right in the hustle and bustle but the windows keep out all the noise, we couldn't hear anything at night. We would 100% stay here again.

Could not get a better location yet still quiet. Shut the window for oasis of calm. Absolutely spotlessly clean. Nice welcome and staff very sympathetic of our lack of either Spanish or Basque contrary to some reviews I had read, did a lot of miming and laughing :) Our double room was bright and beautifully decorated. Towels in room changed daily.
