Please note that parties are not allowed at Pensión Joakina.Please note that children are allowed to stay in the apartments, but not in the rooms.The low floors and the entrance are under renovation, all the balconies and views are available as we don´t have the scafolding any more. Renovation work is done from 9 to 17.30 from Monday to Friday. Some rooms may be affected by noise as the works are almost over.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Great location, perfect to have the use of the communal kitchen. Luis was so helpful and super attentive on WhatsApp for everything we needed.

The location was safe and convenient , in a residential building . The rooms are on the 4th floor . I had a small balcony and was able to sit out . It’s quiet in the room despite it being above a small local bar ( ground floor ) and being very central . The room was basic but very clean and the owner was very helpful and welcoming and switched my rooms when There was a cancellation . The communal kitchen area was so helpful - a big fridge , kettles to take to room, toaster , coffee machine, drinking water, coffee and tea available etc . I could have also left my luggage after check out if need be . The bed was comfortable and the pillows just right firmness. It was pretty quiet for the central location and I am very sensitive to noise . I was there only for one night but was very happy with my stay and wished it hadn’t been fully booked for the rest of my stay It was great value for me as a solo traveler .

Great location and everything you could need for your stay. The room was cleaned every day and the towels and linen changed every couple of days. The shared kitchen had every kind of tea and coffee you could want. All areas of the city are within easy walking distance. The small balcony was a lovely outdoor space for breakfast or an evening drink.

Great location in a quiet street near the beach, the old town and some great restaurants and bars. Make sure you try the Pintxos! Luis looked after us beautifully. Loved the breakfast room with a fridge for our own food and free coffee and tea, etc. Great little bar downstairs in our building.
