The location was ideal, very close to the beach and approximately 20 min walk to the bus and train station.

Amazing location, in a quiet street less than 1 minute walk to the beachfront at Cafe de la Concha! We felt quite central and were able to easily walk to both ends (Monte Igueldo & Monte Urgull). Plenty of space in our room, all the facilities we needed, and a nice touch to have free tea, coffee, bakery items and sweets available in reception whenever we wanted them. The staff were all really friendly, always smiling and saying hello. Leah who checked us in was excellent, taking time to not only explain practicalities but to show us various highlights on the map in a very helpful, clear and engaging way. On one morning, there was a lighting/electricity problem in the building but Leah explained and gave us a separate key so we could still get back into the building.

Mikel responded to all our questions and requests. Location is perfect as it is just a block away from the stunning boardwalk and action and food. Room was cleaned and towels refreshed as needed.
