Great location -very central & very close to La Concha beach. It’s in quite a quiet area, away from main traffic streets & ‘hustle & bustle’- so outside noise is not really an issue. It’s over a pizzeria & so you are not very far away from a place to eat! There are also restaurants & bars in close proximity

Everything, that looks like those boutique hotels managed by their owners. At arrival they left the heating on to have the room warm.
