Great location and close to a car park. Small boutique hotel, staff very helpful with local information and recommendations for restaurants. Breakfast was yummy which was served in the cafe next door to the hotel. We had a spacious room, would definitely stay here again

Good hotel in a great area. The Gros area is super cool near to cafes , beach and restaurants. Staff were lovely James was particularly helpful when we arrived. As was the other young man who helped us book a taxi back to Bilbao airport. All in all a great stay.

Location was good, not in the main tourist area with good walking possibilities. The room had enough space to make it comfortable.
