Disappointed there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Also, there were no amenities like cotton make up pads, cotton buds etc in the bathroom - you could call down for these but not very convenient if you need them straight away. Would definitely expect these “basic” items in a 5 star hotel so was surprised not to find them.
