The location- not in the centre centre but walkable friendly and professional staff especially Aitor and Igor. It should have been a four star hotel instead of a three star.

Great location, friendly staff. Room was a little small but had everything you needed for a great trip to San Seb. The coffee was a nice touch 💕

Staffs are very helpful and nice. I got upgraded to a room with balcony which was a bonus. Hotel provided all basic facilities and very clean. Except it’s a bit pricy perhaps it’s during peak season.

Great location. Lovely bedroom, with nice bathroom and good shower, and the bonus of a little balcony. Plus the welcome glass of fizz on arrival is a nice touch. We couldn’t fault our stay.
