Hotel was very nice. We didn’t eat at the hotel, as we found breakfast quite expensive so ate in San Sebastián each day. Rooms were great, had air con and staff at reception were so helpful. A little out of town, about 10mins by bus and was just €1.85 per person one way and buses very regular

The hotel itself was beautiful, but unfortunately not all the staff were very friendly and/or welcoming. This was particularly true of the breakfast buffet and restaurant staff - were any simple requests were met with a look that suggested you were putting them out by troubling them for anything. The reception and spa staff were not like this however, they were always lovely

One of the best hotels we have ever visited. Great front desk staff who were happy to switch and upgrade our room, as we smelled cigarettes in the one we booked. Delicious and plentiful breakfast and fresh fruit juices. Free parking right on the quiet street in front of the hotel.

We’ve stayed at Arima for many years. Love the location, surrounded by greenery.
