The property was a great location. The room was reasonably spacious with a comfortable bed and a good bathroom. The property doesn’t really have a lot of additional facilities but if what you are after is a good room and a great location then this is perfect. Has a lift for luggage.

We had a lovely stay, though it wasn’t quite what we expected at first. The hotel is on the first floor of a nondescript building, and we actually drove past it three times looking for a more traditional hotel entrance — it’s more like a boutique B&B or motel setup with 10 rooms on a single floor. That said, once we got inside, the experience was fantastic. Cordella, who checked us in, was genuinely kind and welcoming — a lovely first impression. The room was spotless, with plenty of complimentary coffee, water, and even beer in the fridge, which was a great touch. The location is unbeatable — right across the street from the grand hotel in San Sebastián, on the main shopping street, and only a minute's walk from the old town. We saw rooms across the street going for €2,200 for two nights, and this place was far more affordable — and we were genuinely happy with our choice. Thank you again to Cordella for the warm welcome. Once you're inside, this place delivers.

Boulevard Donostia is in a great location, right in the centre with easy access to public transport. Buses stop right out the front and the main train stations are only a 15 minute walk away. The rooms are light and airy, and we were given one of their premium rooms which have a kitchenette as well. Reception very kindly let us leave our luggage there early so we could explore San Sebastián on foot, and upon our return our luggage was waiting for us in our room.
