The morning staff (2 girls) were very friendly and professional as was the young man working in the evening, a credit to the hotel. The location to the large mall is great, only 10 mins walking in a safe area.

Juan and ruben were both a great help. Very close the mall..a convenient stay. The staff was also helpful with everything from getting things and helping figure out the area.

We choose these place because of the location, BUT once there is the staff that makes this place the best place to stay while in El Salvador. 10 stars 🌟 🌟 to all of them, specially Perla. Thank you for making our stay in San Salvador an awesome one.
