Didn't expect alot because it was a low stars graded hotel,but staff were friendly,pay attention to the customer,when needing anything they were helpful.Hotel is not far from alot of tourist places.

The location is great, close to huge shopping mall and a quick and cheap Uber ride from points of interest as a tourist ( centro , terminals , etc ) I had an AC problem which have been resolved quickly, just be aware that the AC is noisy. Free coffee for the guest , which is highly appreciated And the building is nice , outside and inside

The room was of a good size and in the back of the hotel so away from the noisy road. Breakfast is ok, complementary coffee all day in the breakfast area. Vending machine for snacks and soft drinks. The staff was very friendly and helpful and let us stay in the breakfast area for some hours after check out because we had a night flight back home. The hotel has several nicely decorated patio’s but in March they get too hot to enjoy them. The hotel is a 5 $ Uber trip away from the city center. So if you need to be there everyday you have to add 10 US $ to your daily costs. But the good thing is you are close to nice (also friendly priced) local restaurants. We liked Clavo and Clavela.
