The fine print
LOCAL TAX LAW Based on local tax laws, Chilean citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Chile) must pay an additional fee of 19%. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee. Foreign business travellers who require a printed invoice will also be charged the additional 19% regardless of the length of their stay in Chile. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

The staff are lovely! A very tight cleaning routine makes sure everything is spotless, even with the challenge of being on the edge of the desert with dust everywhere.

The place was really clean, nice and generally quiet. The host was welcoming. It wasn't too far from Caracoles.

The room was cosy, bed was extremely comfy with nice bedding. There is a kitchen with all you need for cooking, but also affordable restaurant with nice food just nextvdoor. You can see the mountain range from the patio. The owners were super nice too.

very clean (they made my room daily), clean community kitchen that you can use 24/7, it‘s a short walk into town (10mins), therefore it‘s quiet at night, very friendly staff, would stay there again
