The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They provided breakfast for those who wanted and also went out of their way to provide snacks for one of our tours. The hostel felt safe, and very clean. The pool area is a nice spot to relax. I do recommend this place for the staff and close distance to the main street.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hostal Hara. The team were warm and welcoming and met all amenities needs proactively, including confirming RSVP for breakfast, sending details in preferred language, and communicating about opportunities for additional facilities eg. Hot water bottles. Thank you Hostal Hara!

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The rooms are charming, and the kitchen facilities are good. The staff is amazing - super friendly and helpful. The location is perfect: right at the beginning of the Caracoles street, which is the main street and is where one visits every day. Also, we were the first to be picked up for all the tours we went for. In short: much recommended.
