Please note that all guests need to show a valid ID upon arrival, according to SES Guest Registration regulations.Please note that If a reservation occupancy (amount of guest ) is superior to 7 people and guest has correctly made reservation based on occupancy rates, property has a lower floor that will be opened for those reservations. Lower floor has an extra room and a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people and a fouton for 1 person. Lower floor has a bathroom and an extra kitchen. This space has a separate entry and is only offered under this conditions. Reservations for 7 people or less only have access to the first floor (upper floor) as described when booking the property.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
