The fine print
In accordance with the Executive Order 2021-062 of the Governor of Puerto Rico of August 4, 2021 and the Tourism Company Guides of August 6, effective on Monday August 16, 2021, it will be required that all Guest present at the time of check-in the immunization certificate (COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card) or document proving that they have completed their vaccination process against COVID-19 or in case of not being vaccinated, they must present negative molecular test (PCR) result - SARS-CoV2; "NAAT" type or antigen test - with testing performed no later than 72 hours prior to the start of your stay.A person is considered fully vaccinated two (2) weeks after the second dose was given for the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines, or two (2) weeks after receiving the single dose of Johnson & Johnson's Janssen vaccine.Guests will also need to present their identification upon Check-In to corroborate the evidence provided. Failure to submit the negative COVID-19 test or the presentation of the vaccination card during the check-in process will result in the cancellation of the reservation and the denial of entry to the hotel. Deposits or payments made for canceled reservations will not be refunded.For the Classic Queen Room: This room could be handicap accessible, subject to availability. Its convenient location and the clean well maintained rooms. The staff were also very pleasant and quite responsive to the couple minor concerns I expressed.

Location near the beach and at a walking distance from restaurants and supermarket. There´s a free bus which drives you to old San Juan and Isla Verde. Uber is also a good and not expensive option. The room was pretty basic but with hot water, safety box and TV, and most of all it looked clean. Nice and helpful staff. We didn´t use the jakuzi.

Very conveniently located to Condado Beach and nearby retail shops and restaurants. Small but comfortable room. No issues to report.
