The staff were very helpful we needed to change our room as there is stair access only. It was done very efficiently. The buildings are part of an urban renewal programme and are well designed and refurbished. They area has a shop and bar across the road a park with two pop up bar/food outlets and best of all Misfits a popup Hot Dog stand which is really tasty. Very buzzy local area and easy to get to historic area and sea.

I came with my friend to Puerto Rico and Digital Nomad San Augustin was a perfect solution to our needs. The apartment we had was spacious, the bathroom of decent size and the shower well functioning with hot water when needed. The Wifi was working decently and the staff member we met upon arrival was very kind and helpful despite that we arrived after 1am. The place is next to a traditional bakery and close to the old city of San Juan where we would get our snacks and meals. You can reach anything else by Uber. Overall, great experience, value for money and we'd come again :)

The apartment was clean and spacious. Stocked kitchen. The staff was very friendly and the beds were nice. The WiFi was good. We were very comfortable in the room. 5 minute car ride to old san Juan. 15 to 20 minute walk to the beach. We also liked the old school floor files.
