The location above all gives spectacular access and views to one of the best beaches near San Juan but it was the friendliness of the staff who made the difference. Fernando who runs the pool is hilarious

I was disappointed that the booking wasn't for an accessibility room, that I had requested. Reception did manage to get an appropriate room but we had to hang about for over an hour waiting for the room to be available. The pool was excellent with plenty of sunbeds and table and chair sets. The beach is right there and beautiful. Food was excellent in the Sirena restaurant.
