New, very clean, extremely well equipped, in a great and safe apartment building, very good communication, very helpful, we enjoyed it so much! About half the price we paid on average in Costa Rica, but still the best!

this place was amazing! Clean apartment, smooth communication with hosts, and the area was really nice. They even had a washing machine in my apartment which was really needed after hiking and traveling around for 2 weeks.

Very nice and clean apartment, small and compact, but comfortable, functional and safe. Far from the center, but that was fine for us, we spent only one night there, in San Jose, before continuing on to other locations in Costa Rica.
