A simply stunning location. Our stay was everything we hoped for and more and we were very sad to leave. Manfredi is a superb and welcoming host who makes the best focaccia in Italy! We were treated to fresh loaves each morning for breakfast along with his own olive oil. He even had English breakfast tea and milk which was brilliant as a tea drinker travelling in Europe. Ginger and Macchia, the cats, were very cute. A must stay if you are in the area.

The location is perfect – just a short distance from the town, offering stunning views, a lovely pool, and beautifully kept grounds that exude charm. Mr. Manfredi, the host, is incredibly welcoming, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making his guests feel at home. The breakfast is a real highlight – authentic, crafted with local ingredients, and full of personal touches from the host. The accommodation itself is spotless, comfortable, spacious, and tastefully arranged. The entire estate feels warm and inviting, making it a perfect place to unwind and an ideal base for exploring the heart of Tuscany."

Location - close to San Gimignano Views - surrounding vineyards and olive trees Swimming pool - fantastic, especially in hot weather Cleanliness - the room and facilities were well looked after and clean Focaccia for breakfast - host’s special Manfredi - great host, really caring about the guests and passionate about his property and its heritage
