Super location, San Gimi is close, but beautiful enviroment, not noisy, great view, peacefull. The owner, Gabriella is super nice, hospitality is over expectation.

Great view of historical center of San Gimignano from very nice garden. Gabriela&Massimiliano are absolutely lovely people, very friendly. Thanks guys for our stay, we enjoyed it a lot👍😊

Incredible location only 500m up into the town, the property description was so accurate which is a bonus these days. Extremely warm welcome from Gabriella and her husband, these guys do Italian hospitality proud!!!! We had a lovely room and our luggage was easily to offload from the car into the room, this was a nice change with no stairs or steps to navigate. The room was perfect for 2 of us and was clean with tea / coffee provided. Breakfast was especiually good in the garden overlooking the town in the nearby distance, great choice of food and drinks. Sad we only stayed for 1 night but we promised ourselves to go back one day soon and take a full week just to relax there. This is a genuine review from us, these people really know how to look after their guests. Thanks guys much appreciated
