All the staff were relatable and helpful! The maid was pleasant! The bathrooms are vintage but kept clean! The baths and showers were a pleasure to use: plenty of them throughout the building and in my time there, always clean! The room was simple but clean. The bed linen was very crisp and white. Access was smooth and easy! You can hear other people but I was not bothered by this. The online images are misleading as I did expect a very different place. This is because externally and Reception bely the truth! It's simple, okay, but well run and clean. No frills just good people - that's good enough. I enjoyed my stay!

Staff and location were great, the room is a bit small and the table is just too small to be used at all.

Housekeeping was very good, I changed my orientation of sleeping as I wanted to be nearer to the window as there’s almost no ventilation in the room, the housekeeping staff saw that the pillows were arranged differently and kept the same position when she made the bed, loved the service. However there was a day where I came back and the pillows were all over the place the blankets was not tidied up.
