It was súper comfy the room, and the process of a virtual front desk at first i was a bit scared of it but it worked so smoothly, I’ll definitely be back Loved they don’t use single use plastic and have the water filtre available for everyone to refill bottles

The location is perfect for gay tourists - right on Castro street. The bed is really cozy.

They gave me a kettle to make tea when I gave them a few days’ notice that I would need it.
