It was amazing to have a microwave and fridge in the room! Was great living in the top floor! Window could be opened which made the room comfortable, recommend to keep it open during the night for better air.

The room was clean and tidy. The bed is comfortable, and the bedding and pillows are good. The shower has hot water. Cleaning service is available upon request. Each guest is provided with an access card. The elevator is small but functional. The reception staff was kind and helpful whenever needed. The hotel is well located, with a pizzeria and supermarkets nearby. It offers easy walking access to bus stops and a metro station.

The shower!! Room was OK and had everything I needed, but very small and stuffy. Thankfully the windows opened. No AC only a fan. Nothing to put a suitcase on except the floor. Has a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. There is a laundry next door, a couple food shops and two convenience stores close by. The bed wasn't bad.. better than it feels when sitting on it. The location is close to a sketchy area but nothing too bad around the hotel itself.... about 6 or 7 blocks to Union Square. The lift was the old cage type but was fine and the staff were helpful when necessary. Good value? Meh....I guess the price was OK for a city.

I was happy with my room. The bed was comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was very good. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and secure. It’s in a central location, close to restaurants and cafes and easy walking distance to Union Square and Chinatown.
