Lady receptionist was nice and helpful. We were readily given a late check-out till 2 pm. Sufficient number of bottled water was provided in the room upon request. Room was clean and the bed comfortable.

The staff were very friendly and made check-in a pleasant experience. The room was clean and quiet for our stay and the beds were really comfortable. We were able to store our luggage and go sightseeing the next day after we checked out and when we came back for our luggage, one of the staff kindly called a taxi for us to get to the ferry building.
