If you have 10 or more guests in your booking, please contact the hostel as different policies apply.Guests may only stay up to 14 nights in a calendar year. Please note, reservations do not have to be for consecutive dates.Please note: Parties travelling with children under the age of 12 must stay in a private room or rent out an entire dorm room.The hotel's lift will be closed for maintenance from early December 2024 through June 2025. During this time, all hostel areas will be accessible only by stairs.Please contact the property to confirm the availability of accessible rooms before booking.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Central location, good amenities, well equipped kitchen, smaller rooms with good storage under bed. Quirky and beautifully furnished lounge area. Plenty of prep space and sitting in kitchen/dining area. It was always staffed in the lobby so it felt secure and welcoming. I stayed in a 4-bed female dorm and it was wonderful as there were not too many occupants. Plenty of space and bed was decently comfortable

The distance from BART is acceptable even when I was carrying an 29 inches suitcase. The activities like San Francisco city tour. The spaces at each floors.

The staff was helpful. Linen was clean. Liked staying. Here. Will advise solo travelers to stay here and it's in Downtown,the location is advantageous.
