Anything for this price is pretty great. Front of house staff are super friendly and attentive. The mattress is decent and the linen clean. The shower is brilliantly hot, and the bathrooms cleaned down with bleach regularly. If you can catch one immediately afterwards, it feels very clean. If you don’t, it can feel a bit ick.
