The room and the location were great. Convenient to park our car and easy to visit the little towns around the lake. Also Perugia was also close by. Breakfast was good, and Vania went above and beyond to accommodate us. We recommend the place to anyone wanting to stay around Lake Trasimeno!

Lovely position with beautiful views on the lake. Our room was spotless and roomy with everything you could need. Hostess Vania is very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Tasty breakfast.

Warm welcome, available for any information, a very nice Host ! Beautiful renovated house Fabulous breakfast! Home made fresh pastry, delicious!!! A nice cosy bedroom! Area to be discovered! Beautiful lake just in front of the house!
