Fresh towels and linen can be exchanged at the front desk at any time. Daily housekeeping services are available for an additional fee.A valid credit card is required at check-in for payment, cash is not accepted.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. The grounds were very dirty and hallways even worse. If anyone was supposed to be cleaning up, they must have taken the week off

Service is excellent. I would like to thank Daniel at front desk who is so nice and helpful. He responded to my needs very promptly and provided good advice when I was thinking to extend stay. We had a pet cat with us and were hard to catch him when check out. We sought for help. Daniel and his colleague came to us with no hesitation. He had been scratched by the cat but still tried his best to help us. Millions of thanks to him and his colleague.
