We had such a wonderful time at Silvia & Aníbal‘s apartment! The view from the balcony is just spectacular, everyday we spent time enjoying the view, yet we still haven’t got enough and wish we wouldn’t have had to leave. Apart from that, the apartment has literally everything you need for a long stay, is exceptionally clean and very well designed for a single-room apartment. On our first day, Aníbal greeted us personally and showed us all the single detail we need to know about the apartment and the surrounding. We were also welcome with a large fruit basket. It was the small details that made our stay there unforgettable!

The studio apartment was lovely, exactly as it looked in the photos, and the views from the balcony were stunning. The apartment had all the necessary amenities & the bed was extremely comfortable. Contact with the hosts was excellent. Anibal met us upon our arrival & gave us some tips on places to visit, & we are so glad he did. Puerto de Mogán is well worth a visit as is Meloneras. And don’t forget the walk across the Maspalomas sand dunes! There are some drinking places & restaurants at the San Agustin Shopping Centre but if you prefer somewhere with a bit more life in the evenings then catch a bus to Playa del Ingles which is a lot livelier. The apartment is right at the end of San Agustin, very quiet apart from the waves crashing against the rocks which sound louder at night. I found it quite calming though.

The view, the facilities, and the location were fabulous. The sound of the waves and the sunsets were amazing. The collection from the airport by Anibal was very much appreciated. Thank you. When we arrived at the apartment the excellent guided tour of the facilties were welcome and left us feeling very comfortable in our surroundings from the start. It was like home from home and we felt extremely comfortable.
