We loved so many things about the hotel: 1. Friendly and helpful staff at reception 2. Entertaining animation for kids and adults by Joel 3. Swimming pools and jacuzzi 4. The hotel is not overcrowded 5. Calm and relaxing atmosphere 6. Great views over the ocean 7. Spacious rooms 8. Cleaning services in the hotel 9. Birthday wishes and a bottle of wine as a birthday gift from the hotel 10. Convenient location - just one bus stop from the airport

Great customer service, polite receptionist and all other staff. Lovely place, amaizing views, not too far from airport circa half an hour by bus. Amaizing food in the restaurant (both breakfast and diner)

I had a good overall stay at Apartamentos BlueBay Beach Club. The apartment was spacious and fairly well-equipped, and the balcony view was definitely a highlight. The pool area was nice and relaxing, and the atmosphere around the complex was generally calm and quiet — great if you're looking to unwind.

I’d like to share a few thoughts based on some reviews I read on Booking before my stay, and now give my own feedback after staying at the hotel. Yes, the facilities do have some cracks and wear, but nothing that is dangerous or bothersome—just small aesthetic issues that could be improved. The apartments are spacious, fully equipped with a kitchen, living room, bathrooms, balcony, walk-in closet, and even a jacuzzi (which I recommend using, but preferably during the day as it can be a bit noisy while filling). Regarding cleaning, there is no room service only on Thursdays and Sundays. On all other days, rooms are cleaned. Breakfast includes an English breakfast, three types of bread, limited fruit (only two options), coffee, juices, and yoghurts. The dinner buffet changes daily and always includes options such as rice, fries, and salads. Drinks are charged separately—this should really be made clearer at the time of booking. Most of the staff are very friendly, especially the restaurant team. However, we had a less pleasant experience with Carolina at the front desk. The pool and bar area are very well maintained, with a large swimming pool and a comfortable lounge area, including a pool table. The evening entertainment is enjoyable, and the activities host is very engaging and fun. There’s also an on-site shop/mini market that has everything you might need—from food, clothes, and shoes to hygiene products and beach accessories. Towel rental for the pool or beach costs €10 per towel, which is refunded at the end of your stay. There’s only one elevator for a six-floor hotel, so an additional one would definitely be helpful. The parking lot is spacious, but if it’s full, there are plenty of available spots nearby on the street. As for the noise from airplanes or go-karts that some people mentioned in other reviews, we had no issues at all—nothing disturbed our stay.
