A special shoutout to Mr. Azad for his excellent service and to Mr. Jafar for being so courteous and helpful. The reception team is available 24/7, ensuring a hassle-free stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Samarkand!

I and my boyfriend will definitely agree for 10 stars if we will be talking about the staff, service, and location! The only thing that really needs improvement is the room. Size is pretty small, bed's a little hard, the curtain keeps on flying even our AC's off. We improvised to put our luggage to hold the curtain so it won't fly. The main concern is the smell of the toilet. It was an awful smell everytime we leave the room. We requested for a spray to solve the problem. Overall, it was fair just because of theroom we got and not because of the hotel staff. They are all polite and very helpful. We will still recommend the hotel to our friends.
