The check in was very easy and straightforward. I was shown to my room and asked if I needed anything. I had a problem with the room key late at night and the staff could not have been more helpful. They tried to open the door with the key and then said it would need repaired. This would be done the next day and they put me in the room next door for the night. The lock was repaired next day. The breakfast is amazing and is buffet style so you can have as much or as little as you want. The first morning I was told by one of the staff to treat this like home. I have every plan to return to Samarkand and to stay once more and will recommend it to my friends and colleagues.

The Hotel is well located and in principle comfortable and the staff friendly. The breakfast was very varied , good n filling. They also offered us a very decent packed breakfast as we had to catch an early morning train to Bukhara. It is just about 2 kms from Gur-e- Amir , the city center and it is a delight to walk there as one sees the university area, open public spaces, Timur statue etc before one reaches Gur - e - Amir .

The friendly welcome by all staff throughout our stay. The room size was luxurious and the location was fabulous.
