Liked 1. Big bottles of water provided 2. Helpful front desk and concierge 3. Hotel room is clean and well equipped 4. Restaurant Pizza Marguerita was delicious 5. Hotel shop sells quality products 6. Check in and out were smooth Disliked 1. Mattresses were too soft and for people with bad back, firmer mattress is needed 2. The waitress in restaurant was rude and not helpful to top up tea for my mother who is 75 years old with bad hip. It upset her deeply for young staff to be so rude to an elderly person.
