We had a fantastic weekend stay. Everything was perfect, from the comfortable room to the great location. But what truly made our experience unforgettable was the outstanding service. Nicole and Oleksandr went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They greeted us warmly, offered helpful tips about the city, recommended great restaurants and local events, and were always available with a smile and a kind word. Their enthusiasm, professionalism, and genuine love for both the hotel and the city created a special atmosphere for us. Thanks to them, we would gladly return to this city just to stay here again. They truly made us feel at home.

Very good location, close to the walking zentral street, but peaceful, not noisy. The Bus stops are in front of hotel, very convenient. The Bar in Hotel is very nice. The male Bartender, very friendly and helpful. The Buffet is very delicious. Highly recommended.
