We stayed here twice. First time we were upgraded to a suit, for that I would like to thank the management very much :) the suit was great, large room with a comfy bed, a stand-alone bath, large shower and a minibar. 2nd time we were staying in a family room, that one was rather small and stuffy due to 2 small windows (not full size) and the wifi was not working on the upper floor. Also a kettle + cups would be great to have in a family room. Breakfast was great both times. Staff was friendly, location close to the city center and you can also get a free transportation ticket from the reception.

Lovely rooms with plenty of space, and easy parking in the hotel underground garage. Friendly staff and a super breakfast. Free public transport pass for the duration of our stay from reception and a tram stop across the road was super handy , just 10-15 mins on the tram into the town centre, and runs every 10 mins or so. Limited parking but can be reserved ahead of time with the hotel - we had no problems. Walking distance to the Stiegl brewery too (worth booking!)
