Comfortable rooms in a great location. The old town is a quick 5-7 min walk and yet this feels away from the noise and crowd. The staff were warm, polite and welcoming and answered all our queries with a smile.

The location was excellent, a short walk to shops, bakeries, supermarkets and cafes. Very close to the bridge to the old town and close to Mirabell Gardens. A 20 minute easy walk to the train station. It was lovely to be checked in by a person at reception. There was free tea and coffee all day. We didn’t have the hotel breakfast as we preferred to try different cafes around town. There was a fan in the room and the window opened wide with a nice view of the cute street below. The bathroom was small but absolutely adequate. The bed was comfortable.

Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful room and very comfy bed. Central location was everything! Wonderful breakfast in the beautifully decorated dining room.

Location is good, it is easy to get food around the hotel. Breakfast is also good. The hotel staff is very friendly & very helpful, give detail information about city & parking area.
