This hotel truly understands that a place is defined by its people, and the staff here are simply fantastic. The warmth and helpfulness I experienced went above and beyond. The value for money is exceptional. You get a comfortable and well-located place to stay, with a delicious breakfast included, all for a very reasonable price. The location is super convenient and easily accessible to different parts of the city. What really stood out, though, was the effortless experience. The staff were incredibly accommodating. I was able to leave my backpack at the hotel before check-in, and even more impressively, after I had checked out! I returned from the airport after discovering my flight was delayed by 12 hours, and they happily stored my luggage for me without hesitation. This kind of flexibility and willingness to help is rare and greatly appreciated. If you're looking for a budget-friendly hotel with a genuine, welcoming atmosphere and a team that goes the extra mile, look no further. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.
