The fine print
In Spain, to ensure public safety, It is essential that you have completed and sent your check-in online and that you have received the verification from the property at least 3 hours before your arrival to authorize access to the apartment. Our customer service schedule is until 22:00; after this time, you can still book normally, although there will be no direct service. For any questions outside the hours, we will answer exclusively via the Booking platform. After booking, you will receive an email with property rules.The charges for bed linen/towels are as follows:
Bed linen: EUR 20 per bed, per stay
Towels: EUR 10 per bed, per stayThis property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Apartment was great, everything you could need for a family holiday. Safe place for kids for play out on the patio. Washing and dryer facilities and fully equipped kitchen. Beds were comfortable. We accidently locked the keys in the apartment and the owners were there to help ASAP.

My family spent a wonderful vacation in Salou! Our Appartment was perfect from all the important aspects: 1. Location is near the beach, but the place is very quite - no noise from bars or restaurants, or traffic. 2. There is a huge terrace inside the Appartment with the dinning zone and a kids play zone with a play-house. My kid loved it!! 3. Everything was working properly, all appliances were in place, and the coach in the living room transforms into an additional comfy sleeping place. 4. There is a swimming pool in the apartment complex - clean and cozy. However the most important aspect which made our stay really enjoyable was a super nice host!!! She answered all our questions, showed everything and overall made us feel welcomed 😊 We are definitely considering to return again next year!
