Upon delivery of the keys, a deposit must be paid : 200,- € per apartment for families, over 30 years, or a single occupant, 200,- € per apartment if there are 1 or 2 tenants under 30 years of age and 100,- € per person for occupations of 3 or more tenants under 30 years of age.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

We stayed at El Pinar Fuente Luminosa apartment at the end of June as a group of 8 — two families with adults and teenagers — and the apartment worked pretty well for us. It is very well located, just a few steps away from the beach. It has a sea view from one of the two spacious balconies equipped with table and chairs — perfect for having a cup or tea/coffee or enjoying a meal outdoors. The dorms were enough to fit 2 people and the living room was quite large, all having access to balconies. We had two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, all of which made our stay comfortable. We also appreciated the mid-stay change of bed linen and towels offered by the property during our 7-night visit. The apartment is also a 15 to 20 minutes walking distance from Port Aventura, Ferrari Land and Caribe Aquatic Park and there are plenty of choices for restaurants, souvenir shopping and supermarkets around. Overall, the apartment is a good choice for those looking for space, location, and practicality, especially for larger groups, but it would benefit from some interior upgrades.

Beautiful. Spacious, good channels and every main essential you need. From iron to a good AC. Kitchen well equipped. Great seperate washing area and washing horse. Balcony lovely. Nice view. Location is beyond perfection. Staff were great :D. Even tried to give back some things (purposely) left behind incase we forgot it. Full deposit returned. Great shopping street viewed from balcony and beach. Showed in photos.

The best apartment I be in Salou, good location, a cross the beach, and the balcony is amazing, very big. Perfect for who go with kids. And the staffs at reception is very nice. Thank u guys, I be back next summer🙏
