Deposit: Upon delivery of the keys, a deposit must be paid : 200,- € per apartment for families, over 30 years, or a single occupant, 200,- € per apartment if there are 1 or 2 tenants under 30 years of age and 100,- € per person for occupations of 3 or more tenants under 30 years of age.The pool is closed from May 7th, 2025 to June 15th, 2025.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

A fantastic apartment,very clean & comfortable & very well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay,the views from the balcony are stunning, the staff(2 young ladies) at the key collection point were very welcoming & friendly, this was our second stay at this property & will be returning for a 3rd. Thank you.

Everything was according to description. View was amazing. Wi fi router was as a bonus. Manager was helpful and fix everything per our request! Apartment has everything for comfort living Location is also great: quite, grocery stores are close. good and not expensive restaurants (recommend Richardson tavern). Beach is very clean, close location and not deep for small kids. Definitely liked it.
