Apartment very close to the beach and supermarkets close to bus stops as well.would definitely stay here again Absolutely great communication from start to finish no problems at all.

So, the check in experience was a nightmare. We have followed all the instructions provided, arrived at 18:00 p.m. for the check in and the code on the padlock was not working. Called 3 times and sent texts until someone answered. They gave me another code that wasn’t working either. Was told to wait as someone would come and help with they keys. 20 minutes later someone arrived, speaking in spanish and gave us the keys. During this time we waited outside with a crying baby on a windy day… Nobody said sorry not even a single time The apartment is spacious, well located, with free parking on premise, balcony, very clean and is equipped with everything. We have appreciated the fact that we have found in the apartment portable heaters which were very useful. Wifi worked great. Bed was ok. Check out. We were planning to leave early anyway so the 12:00 p.m. rule was not an issue. As we were about to leave at 10:30 we heard the bell ringing and then the door opening. It was the same person from yesterday who gave us the keys. We’ve felt rushed to leave and immediately left the premises. We’ve met the lady downstairs said goodbye to her and that was it. From a customer experience perspective we didn’t feel welcomed in the apartment, but we liked how clean it was, the fact that it offered parking for free on premise, it was spacious and fully equipped. We stayed for only 1 night, but during season I think this apartment is a gem for families
