Please note that all minors under 18 years of age need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his/her parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel.Parking facilities are available upon request and vehicle size from 6:00 hrs to 23:00 hrs.

Although the hotel is very basic, the owners and staff made up for it. There was such great attention to needs of our family of 4 (two kids of 8 and 2) that it felt like home away from home. The restaurant is especially exceptional with a vast variety of delicious food (both local and non) and a football pitch that our son enjoyed! Transportation to and from the airport was great, as well as the tour they organized for us at the Finca El Ocaso!

Beta hotel is a great place to stay in Salento! The bed is huge and very comfortable, everything is exceptionally clean and the breakfast is really good too.

The hotel is well located, near the main square and walking distance to touristic options. The owners and staff are always available to help you. Also, the hotel have a very good one block away restaurant, which I absolutely recommend.

The rooms were wonderful. Spacious and felt luxorious. The location is very good. The staff was very supportive and attentive. My special greetings go to the breakfast team! We stayed in Beta for 3 nights, and after 1 night they already knew our "special needs" and served it without saying a word :) Kudos also for the football/soccer field next to the breakfast area. It was great place for the kids to burn their energy while waiting for the family to finish their meal.
