The Criterion is a great hotel. However the bathroom seat was wobbly, the sink and tap are out of proportion in size with water always splashing over the edge onto the floor. Just minor works like this need to be fixed. Otherwise, a great Hotel!

I have stayed here before and the staff are just lovely. The rooms are neat and self contained and the decor really gives a welcoming feeling.
