The breakfast was exceptional and the hospitality was warm. The room was faultless, clean and comfy, with lots of little extras.

The hosts were so welcoming, the breakfast was incredible (best B&B breakfast I've ever had - so many choices, and such high quality!) and the house and garden are wonderfully decorated. We also took up the opportunity of hiring the hot tub for a couple of hours (which came with a bottle of prosecco), which was a lovely way to celebrate our anniversary! It's also only a 40min walk into Salcombe which meant we could stroll down without the worry of parking (and meant we could try out the many bars/pubs available)!

Lovely welcome from Scott and Alistair. Best hosts of a small hotel I've ever experienced. Awesome breakfasts and lots of choice. Communal areas work really well. Lovely garden. Honesty bar with quality products. Clean towels each day. Use of dining area for takeaways if needed.

The brightham was situated in a quiet village . For once it was a totally unique look with interesting interiors, a refreshing change from the usual generic grey you get everywhere !!
