The location is near enough to the town centre to walk. However, it is a steep climb back to the accommodation, which some people may find challenging.

Parking space , walkable to Salcombe thou steep on the way back .Very clean , a couple of small issues sorted very quickly . Comfy bed ! Very good kitchen facility.

Very clean and modern, had everything we needed. It is up a steep hill which might be a problem for some but wasn't for us, it also means you have an excellent view of the estuary and sea. There are a few reviews that mention people passing your front window as they enter the property to access the other apartments. We were there for 3 nights and only saw 2 people so for us it wasn't a problem - people tend to be discreet and pass through quickly anyway.
